For my senior project I chose photography. I chose this topic because a photo can capture any memory, history or emotion and never change, even when history, memories and emotions are. My hours will be spent learning new vocabulary and learning how to capture a photo of anything from a calm nature scene to a fast-paced hockey game. The product of my project will be printed photos that I have taken over the course of my project. I will demonstrate my knowledge to the judges through a slide show of my slowly improved photos. I have asked and chosen Matt Moehr as my mentor; he is qualified to be my mentor because he is the professional photographer for the Star News. I will spend my hours photographing hockey games, high school sports and taking senior photos for my fellow peers and other students from McCall-Donnelly high school. I will spend approximately 200 dollars on this project. I will pay for this project through my job at DeLish Catering.…

Writing the project plan provides a structured framework for thinking about how the project will be conducted. A significant value of writing a project plan is the process rather than the outcome. It forces the players to think through their approach and make decisions about how to proceed. A project plan can be formal, as stakeholders and supporters approve documents and procedures used to guide both project execution and project control. Overall, project plans create a system of document forecast assumptions and decisions, push communication amongst stakeholders, substantiate approved scope, cost and schedule baselines.…

The fusty old pattern of championships and small local road races held no appeal for beginners, but fun runs were welcoming, non-judgmental, and, yes, join-the-crowdfun. It was another reason to wake up early and gear up for some exhilarating morning for us, Lasallians to be part of one of the biggest event in DLSU which is One Run, One Family, One La Salle (OROFOLS). It was held at Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City. This is actually my first time to join an event like this. Good thing DLSU offered this to us, it was very tiring but nice experience though. Since this is a requirement, we froshies have to join in this event. We joined the 3k run and it was very exhausting but it was worth it after all because I was able to bond with my block mates. We were not after the prize of any sort or for finishing in the top 10. We were there to support the event and to actually experience it. We had a great time and we were proud that we actually finished the run without shortcuts, without thoughts of giving up. I realized the need to have a more active lifestyle. It was hard to run continuously even for two or three minutes. And I don’t see competitiveness and endurance there. We should all take steps in living a healthier and more active lifestyle. If you think so, do it soon before any ailment strikes you and stop you from doing any physical activity.…

Closed-circuit television (CCTV) is the use of video cameras to transmit a signal to a specific place, on a limited set of monitors. It differs from broadcast television in that the signal is not openly transmitted, though it may employ point to point (P2P), point to multipoint, or mesh wireless links. Though almost all video cameras fit this definition, the term is most often applied to those used for surveillance in areas that may need monitoring such as banks, casinos, airports, military installations, and convenience stores.…

Hello guys. Goodmorning. My name is (name), running for the position of Vice president under the Omnia Omnibus-I DARE party. I would just like to say the objectives why I want to run as the Vice President of the Student Council. Last year ago, our department- the CHS Department had least number of enrollees. We did have some worries about that issue. WHY? Were worried that they will be not accepting any enrollees for the next school year. Worries that some of our clinical instructors will not be around for the next school year. And siyempre were worried about our involvement in the school campus. Marami kaming naisip na pwedeng mangyari. Andiyan yung “OUTSIDERS” na nga dati, “OUTCAST nanaman ba ngayon?”. Those are some of the question we had on our minds before. Joining the Student Council comes a big opportunity for our department to be recognized once again. Just like the old days, gusto naming na makilala parin at masabi parin nating mga SFCians na we still have the guts to produce globally competitive nurses. It’s not just for our dept siyempre, but also with the other dept. who had least number of students din. How did we plan for student involvement? As you can see on our Four Major positions in the party, galing ang mga candidats naming sa ibat ibang department? WHY? For student involvement. This will give the other departments more chance to spark they imaginations and creative ideas for the school. We need new ideas to figure out how to plan some of the events for the next school year at yun ang ginagawa namin. We are willing to put forth our best efforts to complete our jobs as well as help out with different events.…
