Executive summary

Challenges, Surviving Strength and Recommendation on the way forward Jubaili Bros. Eng. Limited and her sister company- Lean Industries are firms facing challenges such as Nepotism, Eye service, Insufficiency and partiality in staff career development and Equity amidst rank and file. Determination of challenges, surviving strength and Recommendation on a way forward This is achieved by critically examine staff appraisal procedure and company’s organogram as at when due.
Jubaili Bros Engineering Limited as a case study Jubaili Bros, being the head office of this entity is facing what I describe as unprofessionalism when it comes to staff training and appraisals.
Lean Industries as a case study Here, professionalism is growing but

    The main causes are the ineffective management structures, whereby the management failed to understand the problems faced by the employees and the essential needs, motivation and drives of employees, which led the employees to feel de-motivated and job dissatisfaction and eventually it led to poor customer service, job quitting and also low performance of the employees.
