We, at General Stores Depot, Izzatnagar, are dedicated to achieve excellence in all services provided by us for the satisfaction of our internal and external customers. We are obliged to achieve this by our strict adherence to the Quality Management System and continual improvement. We are responsible for setting up prevention-oriented processes in line with our Quality Policy and Objectives. We shall ensure that each function and each employee of GENERAL STORES DEPOT, IZZATNAGAR conforms to the applicable statutory & regulatory requirements. We, hereby, jointly declare our commitment to attain the quality objectives through full participation in the implementation of the Quality Management System, in letter and in spirit.

General Stores Depot, Izzatnagar is located at Izzatnagar, Bareilly near Izzatnagar Railway station. It is referrred to as IZN Depot. General Stores Depot, Izzatnagar was set up to  Receive and store general goods items  Receive scrap railway material  Issue and distribute general stores to Lucknow, Gorakhpur and Izzatnagar Divisions.  Issue fog signals, tubes and batteries items to all divisions of North Eastern Railway. IZN Depot has the following sections:  Receipt Section (RS)  Despatch Section  Wards  Computer Centre  Depot Section  Yard Section  Accounts Section  Progress & Chasing Section  Local Purchase Office  Personnel Branch consisting of Establishment, Time Office, Welfare, etc.
