ABSTRACT
The summer project work entitled "An Organizational Study and a Study on Labour Welfare Facilities with Special Reference to Prabhuram Mills Ltd, Kotta” was objected to study overall welfare facilities existing in the company and effectiveness of those facilities. The validity of any research is based on the systematic method of data collection and analysis. The present study has used both primary and secondary data. Research methodology is away to systematically solve the problem. Research design is descriptive and sampling design is non-probability convenience sampling.
