Proofreading is one of the most paramount steps in the writing process. Proofreading should always be the final step, just before printing or submitting it. There are many reasons people fail to proofreading, but by way to biggest is time. People set aside time for all the other steps and in the end have no remaining time to proofread their work. Proofreading helps the writer correct minor grammatically errors and, helps to ensure that the writer’s message is clearly communicated to the reader. After the writer has proof read his or her work some would the proofreading process complete however, it is also important to double check any sources, and check that the paper is formatted to the correct styling.
