Problems and Its Background
This chapter discusses the process ofcurrent property equipment, reservation and inventory process done in PamantasanngLungsodng Valenzuela. This section also presents the background of the study, problem and its significance, and the scopeand limitation of the study.
Introduction
The first reservation system using a computer is used by an airline company where they installed the first automated booking system. This system proved successful and was soon being used by several airlines, hotel, and other different businesses. Reservation system was seriously a hamper interfere to local human operator to do actual lookups, agents for the call officer and other position or works related to the system. Today’s reservation system is very useful and applicable in different purposes. It can ease or less the time and effort of transaction by this system.in this system, it can store and retrieve information conduct transaction related to air travels, hotels, rental facilities and activities. Many Universities are now using different reservation system, especially in using or borrowing equipment’s, facilities and etc. for them to know if there is an availability of resources. However at Pamantasan Ng Lungsod Ng Valenzuela this system is not yet implemented. So we the researchers are conducting a study/research on how students of Pamantasan Ng Lungsod Ng Valenzuela can used or informed if there is an available resources by using a computerized reservation system.
