1.2 DESCRIPTION OF THE SYSTEM

The system is capable of computerizing the visual information needed in the field of business thus giving accurate data of information that can easily be interpret and present to clients for quality services. The system has the characteristic of innovation, the total innovation which competes on the evolving technology in addition the system is friendly-user and it is file based approach system consisting of many relational databases which are interconnected with one another.

Since it is a system, you can expect that our system will be systematically, well-organized at capable of meeting the user needs. Our system has gained its following support and foundation needed to create the system without the concept of misunderstanding and it is one of the advantages of our system.

1.3. PROJECT SCOPE AND LIMITATION

This study focuses on Inventory System. It is intended to be used by the sales company to help make their work easier in determining milestones in terms of sales and make good decisions to make company’s processes more organized, efficient and profitable.
