Introduction
Hiring the first employee is something almost all entrepreneurs will have to consider if they are to grow up. The writer realizes that State Farms Training Hotel in Guangzhou which opening is forthcoming and it is have no a full recruitment plan, so this article will centre on the recruitment plan of State Farms Training Hotel in Guangzhou.
Firstly, this report will analyze three different hotels and focus on one of them to study. The writer will choose one according to meet her needs. The second part is based on Outcome 1; further explain why the writer decided to choose State Farms Training Hotel and why the writer decides to look into the recruitment plan of State Farms Training Hotel. Thirdly, the writer will set up timelines and adopt suitable methodologies to finish the study for State Farms Training Hotel. Finally, the writer will based on the prior outcome to stating the reason why writer decide to adopt those approaches and forecast how she can manage the industry practice against the goal.
As a person who ready to take on the word, people will encounter a lot of problems in their work. These problems can inspire them and their team to think of new solution.
Now I will analysis three different hotels, including Guangzhou HNA Westin Hotel, Guangzhou Good International Hotel and Guangzhou W hotel and choose one of them as the place where I gain my industry experience.
Guangzhou HAN Westin Hotel
Guangzhou Westin is located in the heart of the business district – the Tian He District and it is adjacent to the CITIC Plaza, which is home to the majority of the Fortune 500 companies in Guangzhou. It is also within a short walk of high-end retail shopping and the Guangzhou East Train Station – a major access point into Guangzhou from Hong Kong.
The major customer in Westin hotel is high level consumption and it means Westin must offer high-end service quality, so this hotel always need some staff with higher levels oral English. I feel that my
