RTLGOLEZ Food Concept, franchisee of First Food Link, would like to respectfully request your kind permission to operate as food concessionaire at your office’s station pantry to sell cooked product concepts (rice toppings) like Longsilog, Hotsilog, or Street Food like Fishballs, Kikiams, Chickenballs, and other food and snack variants to cater to your employees at the most affordable and convenient meal offerings possible.
In light with the rice toppings, we carries local products that easily cooked by frying under the concept of a branded collapsible and well-designed and sanitary food cart manned by uniformed and highly trained sales persons using this sales channel.
FOOD PREPARATION
1. Longanisa, Hotdogs,Kikiam, Squidballs, Shrimp Balls, etc
a. The food is pre-cooked
b. Upon purchase, the food is warmed by immersing in hot oil using deep fryer.
USES FOR ELECTRICITY
1. additional electrical requirements is needed if the cart is fitted with an electrical fryer for heating of food; wattage of electric stove is 1000 watts.
