Subject: Proposal to Adopt Hyatt Corporations Business Philosophy
Attached is the proposal to adopt Hyatt Corporations’ Business Philosophy in Tipp Management’s Consulting curriculum to better assist our cliental with the most up to date training strategies available. Our mission is to assist their cliental in obtaining the skills necessary to make them a more marketable candidate in the employment sector. Hyatt’s philosophy is what a great deal of business’ today is adopting into their business affairs along with a key component, cross-training. The proposal will demonstrate how Hyatt’s mission and philosophy play a role in the company’s success and in those companies who have implemented them in their companies.
The research conducted has shown that the Hyatt’s Philosophy, called the art and science of customer service, consists of three overall components (smile, make an offer, and share a moment) can help a business survive. The clients we assist will be starting or need help in a business setting. We use videos, skits, and role playing, providing hands-on practice of Hyatt’s Philosophy. The research will also illustrate how components, such as the Purposeful Service Program, can lead to success, despite company size.
In conclusion as an inspiring human resources manager, strive to find ways to keep employees well-trained and diverse in their positions, while also satisfying other internal and external customers. Furthermore, committed to finding a training model, which can help bring company and career success. It will be illustrated that together with the adoption of the Hyatt Philosophy and our companies training strategies already in place our company will definitely have great success and our cliental will possess the skills to be successful in any business.
