RE: Proposal to Bring McDonald’s to Palm Beach International Airport Terminal – M
Dear Ms. Ramirez,
We are happy to present the Palm Beach International Airport (PBIA) Authority with this proposal to bring McDonald’s to the new Terminal M. McDonald’s is an industry leading fast food restaurant dedicated to providing great customer service, maximizing PBIA’s rent revenue, all while giving back to the community through a number environment and community outreach programs.
Upon receiving acceptance of this proposal, we can start construction immediately. McDonald’s will be enlisting the help of Southside Construction, a local Contractor, to build our location. It is estimated to take 3-4 months to construct at a cost of $950,000-1,100,000.
McDonald’s has the following goals for Terminal M:
To provide quick and affordable dining options from an industry leading fast food restaurant focused on customer service.
To maximize revenues for PBIA
To give back to the community through various outreach programs
To help reduce environmental impact through our Recycle Renew program
“Since 1955, we’ve been proud to serve the world some of its favorite food. And along the way, we’ve managed not just to live history, but create it: from drive-thru restaurants to Chicken McNuggets to college credits from Hamburger U and much more. It’s been quite the journey, and we promise this is just the beginning-we’ve got our hearts set on making more history” (McDonald’s, 2012). McDonald’s is a Fortune 500 company with ever growing
