Trade in Europe is as robust as ever. European nations have planted their flags in many countries and territories on all continents. As they expand their reach, they gather resources and conquer key strategic positions around the globe. Some European nations could pose a threat to the US in the future. Almost any piece of land has something to offer. Kamerun is one such piece of land. Its resources include oil, cotton, cobalt, nickel, gold, ivory, tea, timber, coffee, bananas, and pineapples. Though it is controlled by a foreign power, it has the potential to become a wealthy and powerful nation. If America were to establish a sphere of influence and maybe treaty with Germany, then perhaps we could work for better treatment of the people, while simultaneously building trade relations with Kamerun.
