There are abilities that animals have that we don't have such as infrared vision, the ability to fly and much more. But we don't exclude them form the animal kingdom because they have abilities that we or other animals don't have. According to science there are animals that have lesser levels of intelligence. Based on that, why should just one ability that some other animals do seem to have as well, be removed from the animal kingdom when we have everything else in common with them?
