The limitation of gun usage would restrict Americans of their second amendment rights. Firearms are known for being widespread and favored throughout the southern portion of America, if certain laws were put into place, southern states would rebel. Havoc and chaos would break free throughout the United States, possibly costing America more in the end. If restrictions were assembled, Americans would be forced to carry or smuggle weapons illegally, causing more unlawful activity. Government assumes that if society confines gun control that criminal activity will be reduced, however, offenders generally aim for victims who are unarmed. This would make it effortless for the criminal to assault a bystander while it leaves the victim vulnerable.Controlling weapons will not keep them out of felon’s hands. Each individual has the entitlement to protect themselves against unjustified acts. Righteous residents would have a sense of security knowing that firearms could be carried legally for his or her own protection and safety. A decrease in rifle sales, along with ammunition, will damage a state’s economy. Aside from criminal abuse, firearms are valued for friendly competitions and hunting purposes. Individuals who possess guns are put to a challenge to see if they can handle true responsibility. Besides regulating firearms completely, there are other alternatives to resolve gun
violence. With each individual gun sold, a thorough and adequate background check should be examined. In order to prevent multiple firearms from being purchased for others, a limit of guns acquired can be placed. When bought from a specific location, firearms that were invested should be inspected periodically throughout the year to see if they are still in possession. Rigorous tracking digits could be branded upon a gun to make it efficiently found if necessary. Since America is convinced society has a gun problem, stricter punishments could be enforced for criminals who used deadly weapons. Also, additional police officials, along with patrolmen, could be stationed throughout cities, using aggressive tactics for those who chose not to accept these new orders.
Overall, retaining firearms would leave individuals impotent and would expand criminal behavior. Lesser guns in society will most likely leave an increase in murders and assassinations, causing America more destruction in the end. Having harsher gun regulations will eventually deteriorate America’s foundation and safety.
