According to the research, people have many different opinions about orthorexia and not all professionals believe that orthorexia is a problem. Some sources show that orthorexia is not an eating disorder, or is not an official diagnosis because it is not described in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders. Even though a lot of people are struggling with this disorder, it can be as serious as other eating disorders and does require appropriate consultation
Result of problem solving actions Surely, changing the way we eat, and focus on what food is right for us would help maintain a healthy life style. Being able to choose a wide variety of food intake helps our bodies get enough nutrition
