The United States is the only one country that allows people to keep and bear arms. Because they have the second amendment, “A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.”(Bill of Right) But this law causes a lot of controversy, some people think keep and bear arms is the majority reason lead to rise of violent crime. Through good and evil repute, the second amendment is protect to people’ right, and this right is fundamental to the nation’s scheme of ordered liberty.
