Service goals and objectives are evidence based, include the treatment of co-occurring disorders and utilize the FAST model to prevention services, the Arizona Treatment Initiative for children and families and The Recovery Model for individuals with serious mental illness.

No. The agency is very clear in what populations are served and by which clinicians. Practitioners do not practice outside the scope of their service.
Does agency have enough resources to meet the demand for services?
It appears that the organization has resources necessary to meet client need. The agency is part of a larger entity supporting availability of resources if necessary.
What type of clients does the organization not serve (are there disproportionate numbers of poor, elderly, persons of color, women, persons with disabilities, gays/lesbians, or other groups that are underserved)?
The organization serves individuals from diverse backgrounds and all “walks of life.” In the short time I have been there, I have appreciated the organizations openness, willingness and acceptance of all consumers. However, the one population missing is the elderly, in particularly, the frail elderly.
