Psychology and Childhood Events
Every child in this world has a memorable moment that they do not forget. This memorable moment stays with us all the time. Even when we are an old person we still think about it, and we see it clearly on what happened and how it happens. As for me there is a day that I would not forget, and every time I try to think of my childhood events. I remember this day vividly when my sister beat me up very badly. The three things why I still remember this day is an argument, beating, and bruises.

To begin with, that day I had an argument with my sister. I was seven years old. She was washing a lot of clothes, and it was a very hot day. My sister told me to bring some water for her, but I was a stubborn person. For example I would never do anything for anyone in my family unless I wanted to, whether what they did to me or said to me. However that day my sister was so mad, and "she screamed bring the water or else you will see the other side of me." I still ignored her and pretended that she was not even there. My sisters walked up to me, and told me to again go and get the water I said that I cannot do it. She started cursing me. I continuing ignored her, but I still insisted on my words. She continued augmenting few minutes, and I walk away from her.

The next step, I remember my sister walked up to me and slapped me in the face. I was shocked because I was not expecting that from her because she never hit me before. I used to get away whatever mistake I did, but that day my sister was out of her mind. She was hitting me with her long hand in my face. In addition to that she took off her shoes and started beating me up. I tried to hold her hand, but that made it worse. She got very mad at me, and she thought I was trying to fight back. For example, in our community if one of you an elder is beating you and you tries to stop it. They think you provoke them which real make the issue worse. That was exactly what my sister thought I was doing which I was not. I was

Growing up I never understood why my sister and I were so different, at least in my dad’s eyes. The most painful thing was I knew that he loved my sister more than me. When I was bad I got a beating; when my sister was bad, I still got a beating. My mom would always be there to save me even though she knew it would cause a huge fight with my dad. Fortunately my mom was a smart woman and she divorced my dad.…

When she took the bait she had gotten caught because a few days later they said that she was using counterfeit bills to buy her things. So the cops brought her to the station to question her. She said that she hadn’t known they were counterfeit and said she had gotten the money from me. That's when the plan backfired. The brought me in for questioning and I said that I hadn’t know they were counterfeits and that I just found them in the grass one day. The questioning had ended there but not for my parents. They ground into my sister for taking the money from me and then started grinding into me to figure out where I had gotten the money. I told them that I got it from a friend so I could use it as a way to get Meradith, my sister, to stop stealing money from me and from them. They said it was stupid of me to do that because she could have been arrested and kept in prison for a long time and they didn't want that to happen I told them I had done it for the greater good and they just scoffed and scowled at me. From that moment forward I haven't talked to my family or anybody since then because I didn't want to be punished for trying to do the right thing. I haven't spoken to anybody about it, not even Mr. Meany. I’m glad…

I don’t remember much of my childhood. It’s been said that when you experience trauma, your brain has a defense mechanism to help you forget it ever happened. This is both helpful and hurtful in terms of carrying on. I don’t remember much of my mother before her alcoholism began to control her. I wish I could remember what she was like; I’ve been told she was a wonderful mother, though it’s very hard for me to believe that now.…

I have gone through a lot of things in my life. Many people would not believe so, as I am a pretty blessed child with my father the king, my mother the queen, and me of course, the prince. My life really started to go downhill when my father passed away. Wait, he did not just “pass away”, he got murdered. By my uncle. Why you may ask? Well I’m not too sure. It probably had to do with the fact that now, after two months, my mother married him. He wanted the throne and to rule the town. I wanted revenge, and that is all I wanted. I started seeing ghosts and that started frightening me. I thought I was going insane. The ghost, who ended up being my father, told me to kill my uncle, to get the revenge I strived for. But I couldn’t. I wanted to be very cautious. I wasn’t really that type of person that goes around murdering people! Eventually I started to be abusive to my mother. I really regret that. But I was so mad at her for getting married to the one that killed her own husband! At this point, I accidently murdered my girlfriend’s dad, thinking that it was my disgusting brother. I realized that I was now the murderer that I never wanted to be. Her brother, of course got mad, and my uncle tried to convince him to kill me! We fought, and I thought it would be the winner. Little did I know, my uncles sword was laced with poison, and if it touched me, I’d die. I…

I felt a fire starting up inside of me. My mom thinks I am a baby and can't handle things on my own. I felt adrenaline hit me like a mad bull. " I am a big boy I can handle anything," I angrily shouted. I got my moms big mirror, and with all my strength I tried to carry it up to our apartment. One of my shoes were untied, and I was beginning to lose my balance, my mom's mirrored weight about 25 pounds and were about 4 feet wide and 4 feet long. For a small skinny guy like me, that was pretty big and heavy to carry all the way to the apartment. Eventually, I lost all my balance and fell the stairs. I was able to stop myself by holding on to the ramp, but as I held on to the ramp, I quickly noticed I had let go of my mom's mirror. That mirror flew down the stairs, and once it hit the ground, it immediately shattered like all how my behind was going be after she was done with giving me whoopings. My mother saw the whole event happen before her eyes. I didn't even want to look at her facial expression, I already knew what was coming for me, I held my butt tight and was praying that I would still have a tail left over when she was through with…

My mom never screamed at me before and when she screamed he blamed me for letting him go outside without his permission. One sunny day, we were remodeling the living room so it can be more babyproof now that my brother was taller and could walk and run perfectly. We left the door open because it was too cold in the living room. We were moving the couch as we told Andres to move over so we don’t locate the couch on his feet. We were so busy moving the furniture that we totally forgot the baby of the family was walking towards the door. When we put the couch in our desired spot, we noticed Andres walking toward the street. We ran after him as quickly as we could as we saw a car moving in Andres’s direction. My dad sprinted like a track and field athlete towards his baby and caught him right in time. All of a sudden, my mom turned to me and blamed me for this incident. I felt like my side of the story wasn’t considered when I explained she told me to help her with the couch and it was really Andres’s fault. She couldn’t believe I was blaming a baby so she sent me to my room. I ran to my room crying, feeling as if Andres was the favorite child and I wished that I never had a…

All practitioners need to promote children’s learning within the guidance given by the EYFS framework by offering a balance of child led and adult led based activities. Each practitioner must observe the children and plan activities which meet the individual needs and interests. They must also follow the interests of the child; asking them what they would like to do and how they may do it etc. We must also ensure that we are providing opportunities for children to lead the activity themselves, and supporting them to do this.…

As a young child I almost never heard my mother raise her voice to my father. They have been married for over twenty years now and I would consider all of them to be happy. She had gone to college to become a journalist and that's where she met my father. The two fell in love and got married before graduation. I suppose priorities or even interest changed because she never became a journalist. Selfishly, I'm glad she didn't as I have had her full attention since I was born. A couple years ago I was making my way home from school and I could hear a commotion coming from inside of the house. I dropped my things and I ran inside to find my mother crying and raising her fist at my father. Her eyes were filled with tears and her voice strained with anger. Silence fell on the room when they both saw that I was now present. My first instinct was to go to my dad and defend him, being as she was the one that appeared to be the aggressor. My mother just fell to the floor and wept. My father then instructed me to go to my room and they would talk to me at dinner. Of course I insisted on staying but I was directed once again to give them their privacy. An hour or so later I was called to dinner and it was then that I was filled in on what had been happening in our home. My father had been seeing another women for the past six months and my mother had just learned about this earlier today. You can imagine how embarassed I was to have defended him in the same room only a few short hours prior.…

It was the day after halloween, and all was well. The sun was out, and the birds were chirping. At the time I was young, and unusual mean to my sister. Since I was the old child, I terrorized her. I had collected tons of candy from trick or treating, and was excited to eat some. However when I left my room to eat lunch I caught my sister red-handed eating my candy. I became filled with rage as she devoured the king size Hershey's bar. I yelled her name, and swiped the remnants of the bar from her hand. All she did was laugh at my misfortune, but I would make her pay.…

    Childhood Event Analysis

Another factor of my childhood events was social effects. Social effects meaning how students reacted or a peer pressure. Through this peer pressure my attitude would change and would either go towards the worst or the best. The classmates I hung out with were usually the ones who had the bad attitudes and bad behavior. The stereotype of my school was characterized by bad behavior, and many of the students were never disciplined by their parents. Due to this factor my behavior would turn towards the bad side and I would disobey my teachers and parents included. One time I got into a fight would students who were second grades above me. It all started from my sister complaining that these guys were weird and I decided to be a tough brother. I told the guys I could beat them up and we all agreed on a fight after school. My older brother always picked me up after school and it turns out he knew about my sister’s complaints so we decided to fight together. Some little sized third…
