This ad is trying to get donations and help for the animals in order for them to accommodate the animals in a safe environment. The big eye catching orange box looks as if you could press it, and an option to donate could possibly come up; seeing the button makes people want to log on and donate. This button helps create urgency in the audiences viewing the PSA to donate. These donations can help save lives and make a difference for all canine lives. No matter the circumstances, ASPCA is prepared to take on animal cruelty cases when needed, and are always willing to help investigate on helping take in an animal. These people known as the “criminals” are the animal abusers that are neglecting these poor “victims” which are the faultless animals that don’t deserve this punishment at all.
