There is no better way to visit a country than to be greeted with cheers and clapping. The welcoming Caribbean’s make the stay even more hospitable and family friendly. The Dominican Republic, in particular, Punta Cana is known for its 32 km stretch of breath-taking beaches, golf courses’, exclusive resorts and Indigenous Eyes Ecological Park and it is undoubtedly the best family getaway.

The Flight from Sydney to Punta Cana can cost from $1000-$2000 with a flying time if 28 hours. Virgin Airlines staff are very welcoming and the kids love them. The toys provided kept the occupied and allowed me to relax! My accommodation at the La Dolce Vita Residence is the ultimate place for parents to relax by the pool and let the kids slash around it the gated swimming pool with lifeguards keeping an eye on the young ones. Connecting rooms, fitting 5, cost $150 per night with views of the Caribbean Sea and within walking distance to the Clínica Abreu Hospital, Visa offices, and the Diamante Casino. The hotel has a free kids club that runs from 8 am to 9 pm every day of the week. During the kids club, the actives include supervised swimming, arts and craft and sports activities. My kids loved the staff and begged to go back each day. The rooms in the kid’s club were very well cleaned and the staff was very hygienic meaning I could relax by the pool and not have to worry about them getting sick. …show more content…
The 5-hour guided tour on an open-air safari vehicle allows you to observe and interact with the squirrel monkeys in their natural habitat offering stunning mountain views.
