Purpose of A Human Life
Purpose of a human life depends on the person who has it. Most of the people find it useful or meaningful if they had something or someone that fulfills their immaterial or material desires and contradictory for those people that doesn’t have that fulfills theirs. As I far as I know, human gives different meanings or purposes on their lives; in good way and bad. That is why answering this question is a bit tricky for us.
Many people ask the same question in many different varieties, but searching for the answer is still elusive. But for me, purpose of human life is simple, look forward and do good things if possible. Life is about doing the right thing, accepting the fact that we commit mistakes and learn something from it. And as Catholic, I am responsible for every action that I may take. I/we must obey the teachings of the Holy church and apply it to our daily life. We are taught to love God with all our heart and soul, and love others as we love our self.
Life that we have today is not short but we make it so, instead of spending time to search the answer, why don’t just live our life to the fullest and explore eagerly the world without fear for newer experiences, and those experiences will help us to be mature enough and will teach us what are the outcome of those experiences. Find something that will make you happy, help others that are in need and don’t forget to thank God, who gave you a pleasing life.

Freud’s text ‘The Uncanny’ has enabled me to understand the sense of ‘not being at home’ as I’m not British, having lived in London all my life it has yet to be considered home although, if taking Freud’s text into consideration a part of me has already established London as my home but Ukraine as my homeland with a difference that is very visible in all aspects of life. The British culture, religions – many to choose from which is rare in Ukraine as we have a very limited choice. We all may have asked ourselves this question. Who made us? What is our purpose? Well we find in Genesis, God created Adam and Eve. Adam was created first, showing that God wants the man to be the leader of the household. Then God made Eve from the rib of Adam, signifying that woman is to be the helper or support to the man. Ultimately, when you are married, you are to be united as one. Genesis 2:18-25. We are created in the image of God, which means we are to be like God and serve God for His purpose. Scripture tells us that everything we do, we are doing it for the Lord, 1 Corinthians 10:31.…

This question asks plainly “What is the meaning of life?” or more specifically “What’s my purpose?” The Theistic belief, as stated by Weider and Gutierrez, is that the purpose of man is to know God. The Christian can know God through a relationship that was bridged by the Messiah (John 1:18). By this salvation a purpose is given to share the Gospel (Mark 16:15).…

The Question of Meaning/Purpose – Our purpose as God’s creation is to reestablish the personal relationship with Him that was lost after the fall of Adam and Eve. Prior to the life, crucifixion, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, God’s people tried to reestablish that relationship by following God’s commandments. Unfortunately, man is not capable of keeping the law as a whole. God sent His son, Jesus Christ, to die for our sins. Now we have a straight, yet narrow, path to God via His son as our Lord and Savior. John 14:6 tells us that the Son is the only way to the Father. Oh happy day, we are no longer held down by the law (Romans 6:14)!…
