The Care Quality Commission is my regulating body, who set minimum standards for my workplace and organisation to adhere to. They are in place to ensure that practices are audited (documentation and actual support practices), monitored and stipulate when improvements are needed. I am also aware of in house auditing systems called RPV’s (Responsible Person Visits) these are carried out 1 x monthly and highlight standards form CQC not being met. An action plan will then detail timescales for completion. My organisation provides comprehensive induction and ongoing training to all
