Having a teacher who genuinely cares fo will intrinsically motivate students to do well. Students need to feel welcome around teachers .A caring teacher will be respectable and give positive support and provide a learning environment where students feel comfortable and eager to learn. Good teachers are able to work with different learners example visual, auditory or kinetic learners. Students will develop positive attitudes and perform better if the teacher is compassionate and caring.
