Explain why it is important to work in partnership with others.
Answer
It is important to work in partnership with others as it allows you to perform task that would be very difficult on your own. If a service user needed to use a hoist you couldn’t do this on your own so you would need to work with other colleagues. Also working with families of the services user, doctors or social workers can be beneficial as they can provide you with useful information to help you in your job or support you in any problems you may have.
