1.0 General Preamble
Adseal Group has been requested to provide an on-site inspection at the above site address and provide a recommendation for repair and costing by Mr Andrew Jury of Invocare.
2.0 Background
The age of the building is not known.
No as constructed drawings or documentation are known to be available.
3.0 Identified Issues
3.1 Water ingress to habitable area
Water is penetrating into the chapel area through what appears to be a double brick wall with multiple fissures on the second level as shown by the photos below.
