I fell in love with the song the first day I heard it, and when it was nominated for the Grammy’s my fingers were crossed. I am a fan of Tyrese, although I love the song ‘Shame” but first time I heard it I was not that into the song compared from the Tyrese back in the days. It took me a while before I could like the song. Jazmine Suilivan, no!! I don’t like her songs, I compare her with Melanie Fiona, they mostly sing sad songs about break up, so I am still wondering why she was nominated for a Grammy because “let it burn” had nothing special about it.
