What makes it a social problem is that it just not only have to do with white and black persay but, you will also find that people are discrimintary towards their own race as well which also adds fuel to why truth growth can not be obtained. So many things can fall under the umbrella of racism and mean different things in different parts of the world . For instance in Africa racism might have less to do with the color of your skin but have a lot to do with
tribalism where people are against those from other areas or tribes for one reason or another and the same holds true if you where to look at people in China for instances. Where in China discrimination find itself being more along the lines of being divided when it comes to reginoal boundaries. Racism is an attitude that be people reflect on others so as long as people continue to discriminate or harpe on flaws and cultural characticics wheter it be the color of their skin, where they live, and beliefs their will alwys be a global social issue.
