Racheal Flannery Autobiography
I am Racheal Flannery. I’m 19 years old. I was born November 7th 1997 in Louisville, Kentucky. I have 4 brothers and 2 sisters. My parents are divorced, but have remarried since. My childhood was pretty hectic. In result to my parents being divorced I felt as if I was a pawn in some game. When I got older I stayed mostly with my father. He never allowed me to do much fun, so I had to make school my fun. That’s when I realized I wanted to be a teacher. Many have asked me why I want to be a teacher. Well, I don’t just want to teach any child. I want to teach young children. I love and enjoy bonding, teaching, and inspiring young children. No matter what I’m going through in life if I see a baby or young child I can’t help but smile.

My name is Crystal Cook. I was born in Collinsville, Oklahoma in 1983. Being in a military family led me to be raised in several states across the country, including Virginia and Missouri, eventually leading to Texas. In elementary school I loved my teachers. They made learning fun and exciting. I knew I wanted to be a teacher when I grew up. As I got older, goals changed and I didn’t pursue that path. I had two wonderful children and felt very strongly that I wanted to be a full time stay at home parent. I focused my time on being as involved as possible in the lives of my own children. This led to hold several positions in the school PTA, lead a Girl Scout troop, teach a Sunday school class and also assist in several sports as Team Mom. The part I loved most about my volunteer experiences was having an impact on not only my children but lives of many others as well.…

I knew I wanted to work with kids when I got older and help them find learning just as fun and exciting as I did. Everyday I’d come home from school and teach what I’ve learned to my younger siblings using the same methods my teachers used. They began finding learning just as enjoyable as I’d hoped. From then on I was inspired to be part of the life changing team of childcare workers and instill the thoughts that learning is fun in young children today.…

Well, I was born March 25, 1934 in Toledo, Ohio. The beginning of my childhood was a little disorganized with my family moving about a lot because of my father’s job. Though finally in 1944 my parents got divorced and I had to live with my mother instead of my father. My father’s job was one of the reasons for the divorce, but also my mother had a mental illness that drove them apart. My mother and I went to live in a run down house in Toledo, Ohio where I would learn to take care of her instead of the other way around. This made me a have to be my mother’s caregiver instead of the other way around. I finally got away from my mother and the responsibility that I held on my back for far too long when I went to college and Smith college where I studied government. At that time though it was very uncommon for a women to study government, but that did not stop me. When I did finish college though I did not pursue a career in government, but instead…
