Longfellow loves the rain because he talks about how beautiful rain is.Longfellow states “how beautiful the rain is.” This shows how much Longfellow loves the rain. Longfellow describes “how rain clatters along the roofs.” This reveals how the rain comes down and what it sounds like. Longfellow definitely thinks the rain is graceful.
