Rashmi Input Analysis
Rashmi’s input- The personal core values which guides my professional practice are truthfulness, teamwork and trust.
Truthfulness is very important to my clinical practice as it directly related to my professional behavior. This will help to promote trust in the therapist-patient relationship. This will also ensure genuineness and honesty between me and the patient. By being open and truthful, the patient will be involved in decision making process about their own health which will be very important for a successful intervention.
Teamwork is another important personal core value. Sometimes, the situation might come where the patient will need multi-disciplinary approach. And in that case, I feel the best solution will come from working together
