Reactive Simulator
When I took the test I came out with Logical Processor and Reactive Simulator. Both of my styles were even so not one outweighed the other. I had to laugh when I actually completed the test. In police work there are many different forms of patrolling which can be effective for officers. Reactive patrol is a form of random patrol which relates to an officer responding to a call after a crime has been committed. This is due to a call in progress, violation or for a rapid response for a call of service. Since officers are roaming around their assigned area it allows them to respond to a 9-1-1 call easier and faster versus them leaving from the station. They could already be in the vicinity of where the call is generated from making the response time only minutes, maybe even seconds away. The specific…

This article is investing the effects of speed of the action potential across many neurons through investigating two diseases and performing related lab simulations. Multiple sclerosis and epilepsy are the two disease which are investigated and through the use of Neurons in Action lab simulations, we saw the effects that demyelination and channelopathy can have. As my hypothesis guessed, demyelination is the main cause of multiple sclerosis and channelopathy is the main cause of epilepsy.…

Shakespeare’s most popular play, A Midsummer Night’s dream, is a romantic comedy that features young lovers that fall deeply in and out of love in a brief period of time. This play is unique because it demonstrates tragedy and comedy at the same time. The comedy not only provides amusement and laughter but also helps ease tension between characters. If an individual investor buys and sells existing stocks through a broker, these are primary market transactions. 2. Another important theme that I witnessed this semester while doing the Statecraft simulation was the major theories. Here are some examples of how theories were used in our Statecraft world. Some countries tended to be realists, liberals, and feminists. The Empire, country 6 and USM chose to be realists because they have powerful military, decent resources and great influence on other countries. They allied with each other to create the Northern bloc. This bloc represents the three authoritative and forceful countries in Statecraft world. My country Republic of Civitas and Caledonia adopted the liberal’s theory to apply it within the country and outside it. Cortarro was completely a feminist country. They had women in power in order to make decision to lead the country toward the bright side and make their people satisfied. However, it looked like realist countries celebrated their victory at the end of the game. Does that mean liberals and feminists lost the game? Yes, our country lost because we tried to spread peace in the world. Cortarro was divided because the feminist theory didn’t work perfect in there. Caledonia was under attack once and they lost their capital. However, I think our…

Despite the definition of a grievance, employees need to feel that their best interest is being met. Disputes over wages, working conditions, and work stoppages are by far some of the reasons of work disputes that will arise during the life of an employment contract. As a result, most employment and union contracts contain specific clauses describing how disputes are to be resolved. Employees usually file grievances because of work related issues such as working conditions or supervisory issues. “Some employees also file grievances for such reasons such as administrative issues, economic issues, and employee disciplinary matters” (Holley et al., 2008,…
