Why you should not smoke cigarettes.

Smoking cigarettes are bad for you so, smoke cigars. My name is ---------- and I am here to tell you why you should not smoke cigarettes. First of all I would like to tell you how unattractive it is to see a male or female smoking ESPECIALLY when they’re only 14-years-old. It is proven an addiction that is extremely hard to over come. If you think that when you smoke it only affects you, think again. When someone breathes in your smoke that you blow out it’s called secondhand smoking or passive smoking. How does this affect the person who is not smoking the cigarette? Well, The smoker breathes in “side stream” smoke from the burning tip of the cigarette. Some of the affects of second hand smoking is, nausea, cough, soar throat, dizziness, headaches and much more. Cigarettes is a cause for multiple diseases the main one being Cancer. The different types of cancer that is caused from smoking cigarettes are, Mouth Cancer, Bladder Cancer, Ovarian Cancer and the most common one is Lung Cancer. According to Cancer Research UK, one person dies every 15 minutes in Great Britain from Lung Cancer. Why does smoking raise cancer risk you may ask? There are over 4000 compounds in cigarette smoke a great number of them are toxic. It damages our cells. Also, I would like to add just for your knowledge, a package of cigarettes cost about 18 dollars. People who have a very bad addiction can smoke up to two packs a day. These people are saving over 3,600$ a year. A person who is 30 years old and smoking has about 34 years left to live whereas; a 30-year-old non-smoker has about 54 years left to live. Imagine all of the things you can see in 20 years and all the things you can MISS in 20 years. Your kids growing up. Your grandkids, sisters, brothers, family and friends. You need to take advantage of all the time you can get because life is way too short. So as I said in the beginning smoke cigars NEVER cigarettes.
