If teachers were paid more they would be able to buy more posters and books to keep the classroom looking nicer and making the kids feel more comfortable. Studies show that kids trust a teacher with posters and books in the classroom more than a teacher with nothing in the classroom. The studies also show that if a kid trust his teacher he is more willing to take in what the teacher is saying. If the kids are trusting and willing to listen to the teacher they will get better grades. In conclusion the better the atmosphere of a classroom the better the grades will be.
Teachers should be paid more because they are responsible for making sure you children are safe and are learning in your absence.
