* Recall a time when you have been at your best and did your best work. What does this teach you about your own strengths and gifts?

I've always been motivated by the desire to do a good job at whatever position I'm in. I want to excel and to be successful in my job, both for my own personal satisfaction and for my employer.I had joined my current company Infosys as a fresher and have been working for more than two years where I have been working as a systems engineer.I had been associated with 3-4 projects till date.I have done my best work during this period and have seen myself rising by performing better through each project. The initial projects were of testing. Then I got into development projects in which I was given the opportunity to work on different phases of the project, from design to the implementation phase. I had also written a book of knowledge on a technique which was useful in using the tool which was needed for the development of

A “pocket ghetto” is a small area of low-income housing with high minority group concentration that is isolated by physical barriers. The term began to be used by geographers as they studied postmodern cities. Throughout history, women have played pivotal roles in many parts of history as well as create their own history by advocating for women’s rights. Women were not able to be much other than housewives during the times before the Civil War, however, when the Civil War came, women were promoted to many new positions.
