Budget
The budget for our Halloween party is RM70000 and our finance department had approved this budget. This budget includes expenses such as decoration, advertisement, catering, rental and presents.
We will have a make-up competition during the Halloween party. The budget for champion is RM1000, runner-up is RM500 and the third place is RM250. We also had some present give to the other participants. That day, our company will also organise a lucky draw which is budgeted at RM2000
Date, Time and Venue
The details of the Halloween are as follows:
Date : 03 November 2012
Time : 07:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Venue: M001 Dewan Tun Dr Ling Liong Sik Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, Jalan Universiti,Bandar Barat 31900 Kampar,Perak.
Guests Invited
We have prepared invitation cards to invite important persons to attend the Halloween party. The important persons include our CEO, shareholders, and managers. We had also invited our workers. Furthermore, our company had also invited Malaysian singer Nick Chung and Daniel Lee.

Present Status
Opening Speech
At the Halloween Party, we will have lots of performances and activities. We will invite a famous music band and also a host to preside our party. First of all, our CEO will give us opening speech and then we will start the party. The live band will play terrifying sound effects and music to match the theme of our party. The host will make sure that our employees feel relaxing and enjoy the night.
Exhibition
Besides that, we will create a small booth to exhibit things about Halloween festival. We will include some information about the festival in the booth. In addition, we will have an exhibition about some horrible waxworks. We will connect the waxworks with electricity so that the waxworks are movable and look more interesting.
Costume Competition & Activities
Moreover, we will organize a costume competition. At that night, participants will dress-up
