The successful completion of this study would not have been possible without the cooperation of a number of people. Consequently, I will like to thank almighty God, for given me the strength knowledge, wisdom, understanding faith and patience.
The residents of Simon Bolivar village, La Calome, Westerhall for their support and valuable time on answering the questionnaire given.
My mom who has been a constant source of love, encouragement, support and assistance. I want to especially thank her for relieving me of my chores while undergoing this assignment. My brothers whom has assisted me tremendously in the distribution of the questionnaires. Finally, special thanks to my Social Studies teacher Mrs.Edwards for the patience encouragement and guidance through and this assignment.

Introduction

Simon Bolivar Village is a low income housing project which was built by the Government and People of Venezuela as a gift to the Government and People of Grenada after the passage of hurricane Ivan in 2004. It is located in La Calome Westerhall, in the parish of St.Davids. It is about seven (7) miles from St. Georges the capital. The Simon Bolivar village housing project consists of one hundred (100) houses. My family and I have been a resident of Simon Bolivar Village for the past two years during this time I have absorbed a number of unemployed

    The atmosphere was very warm and inviting. I waited in the lobby about twenty minutes as the lady at the front desk was speaking on the phone. After she hung up, she was very friendly and went to get Ms. Fabiola Cervantes, as we had a scheduled appointment and had light communication through emails for about a week.
