Comparing and contrasting urban/city slavery in the north with the rural/plantation slavery in the south in the 1700s have many differences but there are some similarities during this historical time. Institution of slavery was profitable in both the North and South. Slavery was more profitable in the South than North due to the South being much suited for farming. African slavery is so much the outstanding feature of the South, in the unthinking view of it that people often forget there had been slaves in all the old colonies. Slaves were auctioned openly in the Market House of Philadelphia; in the shadow of Congregational churches in Rhode Island; in Boston taverns and warehouses; and weekly, sometimes daily, in Merchant 's Coffee House of New York. Such Northern heroes of the American Revolution as John Hancock and Benjamin Franklin bought, sold, and owned black people (Harper). In addition, both regions suffered with racial equality.…

This exposure mode makes the background out-of-focus, if it's possible to do so. This eliminates distracting backgrounds, and can make the subject stand out from the background. The lens opening (aka f/stop or aperture) is the iris-like opening in the lens. When using this exposure mode, Head Portrait the camera selects a large lens opening, such as f/4. A large lens opening has a large opening, but the number is small. For example, f/4 has a physically small opening, even though the number is small. Because the lens opening is physically large at f/4, there's less depth-of-field. That is, there's very little in focus besides what you focused on. This exposure mode makes everything in focus. Mountains Landscape This exposure mode is of little use. Makes the entire subject in focus, if it's possible to do so. The camera selects a small lens opening. Lens opening (aka f/stop or aperture) is the iris-like opening in the lens. A small lens opening has a small Macro Flower opening, but the number is large. (Close Up) For example, f/16 has a physically small opening, even though the number is large. Because the lens opening is physically tiny at f/16, there's more depth-of-field. I had a very good educational environment at the Uni Tech a study center assigned for MBA (HRM) from Allama Iqbal Open University which is progressing day and night, because of having qualified teaching staff of university and their devotion to student’s problems and favorably listening and amicably settling the issues. Moreover the policy towards students keeping in view the prevailing economic situation of the country, the university charges very nominal fees which even students belonging to middle class can afford. This factor is much appreciated and I hope they will continue doing so. At the end I must say that I have received every possible help in compiling my 2nd assignment report from my honorable teachers and fellow students. I am particularly thankful to Sir Waqas who guided and encouraged me at every stage to complete 2nd assignment report of MBA (HRM) 2nd semester.…
