Supermarket Assistant is the job vacancy in Waitrose that I applied for. The contract is temporary that will be invalid at the 12th of November 2011 with the salary of £6.53 per hour and hour of works during evenings from 4pm and weekends, more details with the time will be discussed at the interview. The work will be in one of their branch located in Enfield.
The objective role is to help to maximise sales for the store, provide high standard customer service, carry out stock management and store operation process to help minimise risk and cost.
Supermarket Assistant works in a variety of jobs in the floor. Waitrose can assigned you in the stocks counter, which keeping the shelves on the sales floor filled with goods. It can be in one of the cupboard counter: such as Food, Home & Garden, Newsagent & Stamps, Health & Beauty, Bakery, Tobacco, Drinks, Pet care, Household, Baby & Nursery. Fridge Counter: such as Ready meals, Pasta & Pizza, Delicatessen, Butter fats & Spreads, Vegetarian, Accompaniments, Fresh meat, cooked meat, Food to go, Gravy sauces & stock, Cheese, Fish & Seafood, Milk, eggs, yogurts, desserts & fresh cakes, cream.
