Red Carnation’s British-based hotels add £1 to each consenting guest’s bill and the company then matches the amount raised to give the proceeds to Starlight and to the Tick Tock Club campaign, which supports the Great Ormond Street hospital. Its UK-based restaurants also add a voluntary £1 surcharge to bills and then doubles the donation to StreetSmart, which helps the
homeless.
