Red Walker The Cat I Love My White Shoes Analysis

For session eight I red Walker Pete the Cat I Love My White Shoes by Eric Litwin. On every page of the story I asked Walker what color he thought the shoes where going to turn. He really liked this story and it was good for him to interact with. I choose to work on the sounds of sh, ch, and th. I then asked Walker what animal tries to chase cats. He answered with the correct answer, a dog. I then told Walker that we were going to be working with three dogs named sh, th, and ch. I told him these dogs were hungry and we needed to find the correct bones to feed them. These bones had the rest of the words on them and they were to fit with one of the beginning sounds. We started with sh and we went threw all of the word endings to see which ones
