Hereinafter referred to as the TRUSTEES of the trust.
WHEREAS, the author out of charitable consideration on and in fbrtherance of promoting environmental and social awareness is desirous of constituting a trust for object of public charitable nature hereinafter mentioned.
WHEREAS with the said intent the author has set apart a sum of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) which he has handed over to the trustees hereinafter mentioned who have agreed to hold the same upon trust together with all the income arising therefrom and all the accumulations and accretions thereto for the intent purpose and object contained.
WHEREAS IN pursuance of hereafter stated objective of this trust the trustee/s may also accept capital consideration towards corpus of the trust.
WHEREAS, the author desires to reduce to writing
