About reflect, in my group work, I think I can join in most of group meeting to share our opinion and idea. I believe that if we cannot arrive at meeting, it is difficult for our leader to organize and manage our group, but also it difficult to arrange our meeting time. So, we have responsibility to join in our meeting on time.

Facing each task, I can work well and show best my capacity. If I have new idea I can share with my member. I believe I can continue to challenge myself that my capacity can obtain develop. I also believe this can help to bring the right decision. Moreover, I think that listening is very important skill. Through listening carefully, we can find new aspect that can give our new way to analyze our topic. It also respects our member. Through continually listening and clarify what he said, we can organize idea and share our feelings. Before each meeting and task, I can spend time to search relevance information about topic. It is very significant process for me to help to understand our topic and catch main point. Although I cannot quickly produce idea that is one of my best natural aspects during our meeting, I can listen my member’s talking and their opinion to think my new opinion and organize my language. Sharing relevance information, we can easy to understand the background of topic. I can join each discussion with each member to share a sense of purpose and common goals, which can help us to obtain to achieve these goals.

Even though I have some shortcoming, team working can help me to reduce my problem. Sharing ideas and opinion, it can rich our topic. We can together to assign our work and each part rationally.
