Introduction
The Legacy Leadership course has given me the opportunity to read several books, watch several videos, and answer assigned questions. It has allowed me to learn from my classmates and appreciate all that we can add in accumulation not only for this course but to the degree program of Organizational Leadership and Management in Criminal Justice. For some students have expressed these readings gave us a light bulb moment and for some students it gave us a headache in having to re-read in order to let it truly soak in. In general, it gave us growth to our minds. Some areas of reflection were significant to me on so many levels. The following are topics that really stood out from the rest. I am glad to share my studious, as well as personal thoughts in this last assignment.
Time management matrix At first, this was just another one of those charts that the smart public speakers create in order to have something to pass on to academia. At second glance, it is how I am now choosing to manage my time. I now understand that there are four quadrants in this time management matrix and that the old school of thought about cramming everything in the short amount of time we have was the trendy way of living life. It makes complete sense to assess what is important and urgent (quadrant 1),
