Your contribution to the paper will be evaluated according to the complexity of the material, the thoroughness of your research, the quality of the analysis and synthesis of other course material, and your writing skills. I will look at how well your team covered off on all requirements and how your section fits into the overall project.…

The purpose of this report is to describe a peer-reviewed journal article that has been identified from a primary literature source. I chose to perform a search through Pubmed based on the enzyme Catalase, reasoning that it should deepen my understanding of the enzyme allocated to my BABS1201 laboratory group. In the end, I was unable to find any primary literature sources that would help with the assignment but I did find an article that I thought would be appropriate. The journal article I chose is titled Serum albumin alters the expression of iron-controlled genes in Pseudomonas aeruginosa from the peer-reviewed journal, Microbiology.…
I would rate my project a 8.0 because the project did work, but not as we expected. We thought our project was pretty good, but wasn’t better than the others. There were some things that help our project successful. But the most successful thing of all was the ramp at the beginning. I thought that it was the most important because it gave enough velocity to the marble for it to roll all the way to the end.…
10 pts = Subjective explanation of what was most important and interesting to the student…
The only real thing I feel that would have increased the understanding of some of the information is if our classmates were to have asked more questions to those they responded too. Overall I feel the class was very informative and through. I have nothing that I would say I am unsure about. I do feel that the DB for week 4 would have been more beneficial for me at least if we would have responded to something like a rough draft of the IP instead of a basic outline. Seeing how other where approaching their papers may have made each of us better at our own.…
This paper received all 4s on the grading rubric. I mention this so you can eval the paper appropriately. I hope it helps.…

Peer review is an important aspect of evidence-based practice. It is priceless to receive constructive feedback from colleagues. It will help open our eyes to areas we did not pay attention to. Two heads are always better than one. I am glad to hear that you will be using the feedback from your colleagues. So what will you do different if you have to do this exercise all over? Good luck in your future…
For visual, I scored an 8. Visual aspects of learning very helpful especially pictures. When presentations need to be done such as on power points, most slides preferred would indicate some form of picture to go with the message. Not only it will catch the human eye but at the same time it can add interest to the individual, especially when the subject is not too appealing.…

What was your initial impression of the course and coursework and how did it change (if any) throughout the semester? What recommendations would you make to an incoming student regarding how to be successful in the course? Provide a thorough and supporting explanation for each answer.…
I give my finances an seven because I have a fulltime job ,I am very good at saving , I watch how I use my money ,and I spend it on things I need. I only give myself a treat once in a while by going shopping but I watch the prices closely. I gave my personal life a seven although I have accomplish a few things in life but not what all what I needed. I gave my career a six because I am still working on my career and have not fully accomplished what I want yet. I was harsh on myself and the same time very honest. My peer will give me a different rating; they would rate me higher than I rate myself. For time management, Relationships and personal life skills they would gave me a ten. For Self-Knowledge, Study Skills they would give me a nine. For Finances they would have given me an eight and career they would give a seven. The way I plan on approaching my materials in this course is by Reading the syllabus, reads my notes more often, take part in asking question on discussion boards, and make a studying schedule revise schedule as needed, take short breaks between…
‘The origin of mixed methods lies in two major research paradigms’ (Terrell, 2012, 257), namely qualitative and quantitative paradigms. The former exhibits many features of natural science approach such as dependency on numerical forms of data, whereas the latter focuses on exploration of social in-depth interpretations in the form of narrative words (Bryman, 1988). However, there has been a debate on the compatibility within qualitative approach and quantitative approach adopted in one enquiry. Advocators for the “incompatibility thesis” (Robson, 2011:162) maintain that ‘the two paradigms cannot be combined since they do not study the same phenomena’ (Sale, Lohfeld & Brazil, 2002, p. 43). I am not in favor of the ‘incompatibility thesis’ in that the relationship between qualitative approach and quantitative approach in mixed method research should be supplementary rather than contradictory since ‘the strengths of quantitative approach may offset the weakness of qualitative one and vise versa’ (Creswell & Clark, 2007: 9).…
The peer review feedback that I chose to incorporate into my argument was clarifying my point of view. I never clearly stated which side of the argument I fell on. She suggested that right after I explain my topic, I should clearly state what my point of view is. I incorporated this into my argument because after my peer pointed out that my point of view was never clearly stated, I decided to take a break from my paper. I needed to come back to it as the audience instead of the author. When I came back to my paper and read it from the audience's point of view, I realized she was right. I needed to make clear what my point of view was; because if the audience has to make assumptions about what side you fall on it will be hard for them to believe…
