In an article entitled Preparing your Personal Testimony defines personal testimonies “as your own communication of your personal experience in coming to know Jesus Christ as your savior.” Sharing my personal testimony is important to and it’s good for the mind. You can tell people what God has done before and after you became a Christian. Sharing your testimony lets people know how you became to know God and what he means to you, is an awesome feeling to me. Sharing your testimony could bring someone to god, when they hear how good God is and all he is to you and what he has done in your life. When I share my personal testimony about how God brought me out of my addiction, each time it’s like a burden has been lifted off me. I don’t mind sharing my personal testimony because I am not ashamed I could be helping another addict that’s listening to my testimony. Everyone needs to get out and share their personal testimony about what God has done for them because he is due the entire honor and he is so great. I wish I could go to the mountain top and tell my personal testimony about what God did for me. Elmer Towns states that “Testimony may be a natural entrance to presenting the gospel.”
