Reflective Assignment Analysis

For my chosen reflective assignment, I decided to first reread my whole reflective assignment to find any obvious mistakes that stood out at first. I then found a few spelling errors, grammar mistakes and I just took out some small pieces that didn’t make sense and added new text. Overall, I chose this reflective assignment in Ms. Gary’s class since it was my favorite prompt and it was the one I thought I performed my best on. That is why in this piece of writing I didn’t have to make many corrections, other than careless mistakes while writing under pressure since it was timed. For my Written Assignment, I first decided to reread the entire piece of writing. Since this was the piece of writing i struggled with the most while writing it, I knew that this would need a
I also think that in the original written assignment, I had a very good background knowledge of the the story and what is going on, and I just did understand the book. So, that where some elements that I thought I should keep, since it’s important to let the reader know I have a good understanding of what's going on in the story. One thing that I was unclear of, was is I was supposed to bring up my opinions or if that was not allowed. I decided not to include my personal opinions into this written assignment, since this is just to answer and back up my thesis. One other thing, that I noticed in my original piece of writing was that, I kind of in a way, was writing about another thesis instead of the one I chose to do. I was mainly writing about what figurative language and literary elements did Satrapi implement in her book and why or why did Satrapi chose to write a comic book style in black and white. That is another thing that I modified and took some parts out, and kept some figurative language and literary elements that actually related to how Satrapi portrayed
