When the officers initially approached me they mentioned that they were called because of a complaint about me sleeping in my car.
I was very cooperative with the officers and answered every question I could to the best of my knowledge. The officer even thanked me for my cooperation after the questioning was done. The officers mentioned that they found heroine but they didn't charge me with it, they …show more content…
also asked me what kind of prescription pills did they find.
They also mentioned that the rest of the chargers should be misdemeanors.
While on our way to the station the officer said that I would be charged with being under the influence. And that I would be placed in the drunk tank for 8hours.
I then proceeded to tell him that I wasn't under the influence then he asked if I was willing to give blood for a drug test. I then asked if I take this test can it be used against me In the future and he said it would only be used to prove to the arresting officers that i was not under the influence.
When I got to the station they took my blood as soon as we arrived, then took me through the normal booking procedures. They placed me in one cell when I first arrived, I made my phone call, posted my bail waited a couple hours then they moved me to a different cell where I waited to be
released.
