I learned a great deal about the process of inquiry as I researched my specific topic: how the continuous progression of modern antibiotics affect the resistance of bacteria to these antibiotics. My ultimate goal job-wise is to become a wildlife biologist, and a vast, nearly total majority of the work I will be conducting research through the process of inquiry, whether it be in the form of collecting data on animals, forming hypothesis and questions, or writing my own papers one day. Here I will be able to participate in the “larger community of scholars,” and continually be able to personally develop my inquiry and research skills that are so essential to understanding the world around
