Reflective Essay: My Experiences As A Medical Assistant

When I call to make an appointment at the Doctor’s office, I expect them to answer the phone very nice and respectfully. As a medical assistant, you should always have your patient’s become first they should never be last. Upon talking to the phone with the doctor’s office, I think they should know the knowledge of the office and the producers. I do think that each MA has their own set of skills and qualities. As a MA we should always put others first as I said earlier and also we should treat them how we want to be treated. If a patient gets rude and disrespectful with us on the phone we should just keep a positive attitude until the call is finished. We as a MA should always be attentive to the person, we should ask what works best for
