The most important topics covered this week are in both chapters this week we had lengthier vocab words. Moreover, the legalese terms are an extremely critical to the paralegals career, it is pertinent that we learn and execute the information obtained through this course. Further, depositions are rather exciting to me, I hope as a class we are able to research some famous depositions from previous lawsuits, and discuss in class so that we are familiar with the process. Lastly, chapter 8 discusses discovery which is a very lengthy complicated process.
